Embrace Chocolat is a concept that I am in the process of developing.
The intention of the design is to integrate Hotel Chocolat into daily shopping schedules, through creating a concession within Waitrose stores to enhance customer experience through increased interaction with the concession, its ambassadors and products.
Within retail, external companies placements in supermarkets & department stores is becoming increasingly popular with Food To Go, Artisanal Delicatessen & Bakery and of course, Confectionary. Such Concessions could expand on a supermarkets Patisserie & Confectionary selling items that can only be found in the outlet.
The Concept proposes to interweave both Hotel Chocolat Stores & Cafes with the Supermarket Concession through selling, sampling & demonstrating exclusive products of each outlet to induce clients to shop in Hotel Chocolat Stores and in parallel, encourage the stores users to shop in Waitrose where the companies concessions are based selling daily luxury essential products.
